Studying….

Wednesday, January 25, 2012 13:33

Today I woke up and didn’t feel like getting dressed (not like it’s rare staying on pajamas all day). So I’m here sitting on my bed with enough covers to keep me warm. I had a noodle soup for lunch (need to post my recipe here someday) and now I’m going to get back at studying.

I hope my exam goes well tomorrow. Sorry for the quality of the pics but they were taken with my webcam.

Something amazing I just found

Yesterday I woke up at 6:30am (when I went to bed at 2am) to study for a exam I had. It went surprisingly well (I was scared as hell) but when I finished it seemed like my head was going to explode. I was really tired, today it felt nice not doing anything special. Actually I should have study because I’ve another exam on Monday but I needed a break.
Now let’s get to the reason why I’m posting: at dinner I tried to use this method to cook my chicken and omg! It was so delicious I had to post about it here! I thought when I cooked chicken breasts it was never super dry but when I tasted these gosh it was so good! So please if you haven’t tried it yet please do, you won’t regret it! It was heaven in my mouth!

Salt Dough Gifts

Tuesday, January 17, 2012 22:05

Here everything has been crazy, I had an exam yesterday I’m going to have another one on Thursday. I can’t wait for them to be all over, but I still have to endure for a while. Meanwhile I have something to show you that I didn’t get to post earlier.
On christmas, these last few year we haven’t bought many presents, to be honest almost anything. Each one of us has some new socks (that are always handy) and a piece of clothing if we really need one. Personally I don’t mind, it’s not like I need gifts for Christmas, the best thing I can have during Christmas is being with my family.
But when I was making salt dough ornaments for our christmas tree I decided to make a small gift for my mom, my dad, my brother and myself (also two of my friends). It’s very simple but I wanted to do something special anyway.
The star ornaments drying:

And the little gifts, each one has the name of the person I gave it to. (I’m only showing the one I made for myself)

Hope you like it too!
