After spending a weekend visiting Lisbon I’m starting to like to live in this city. I don’t know why but Lisbon never seemed appealing to me.
After walking by the river yesterday I realized Lisbon is actually a beautiful city.

I had 5 rolls of film waiting to be developed…they were waiting for some money to appear. When money is tight every little dime counts. But since I started working I was able to develop all the 5 rolls at once so I’ve lots of photographs now It’s great to see photographs from two years ago, even just photos from July made me happy! That’s the magic of analog photography. You don’t see the results right away and end up forgetting what you did to take the photo.

Sometimes I feel that I’m in a cage but not a bad cage, this cage protects me from the outside world, it protects me for all the evil that there is out there. I’m still inside the cage but I believe the door is open, honestly I never tried to open it. Sometimes I’m almost opening and in a second I change my mind, other times I don’t even have the guts to go take a look. I wonder when I’ll be able to leave through that door but one thing I know for sure: when I leave I’ll never come back to the cage.
