Stamp Collection: Part 4

December 13th, 2011 | stamp collecting | 0 Comments

Can’t believe this will be the last post of this series, have you seen the part 1, part 2 and part 3 of my stamp collection? I’ll be posting about it again but this will be the last for now.
I wanted to show you something that didn’t make it to the last three posts, my disney stamps! I love them so much, they’re so cute! Don’t you agree?

I’ve way more stamps than I showed but unfortunately some of them still are in a bowl to be sorted:

Others are waiting for me to get a new album. My other album is full. It’ll have to wait until I’ve some money to spend!

I hoped you liked to see my stamp collection! It was so fun to post about it! I just wish I had more time to take care of my collection, I admit is a little neglected at the moment, but college is a priority now. Still I can’t wait to trade stamps like I used to!

Stamp Collection: Part 3

Wow one more post about my stamp collection! Did you liked part 1 and part 2?
Today I’m going to show you some of my stamps related to Christmas. Christmas is my favorite holiday. I love it. These past few years my family and I haven’t been doing anything special during Christmas but I still think Christmas is a magical time. I’ll always remember that excitement I felt because I had to wait until the morning of the 25th to open my presents.
There was a time I received a lot of christmas stamps and after that I became quite fond of them. Most of my christmas stamps are from Finland or the USA. There aren’t many photos but you can see how pretty are they right?

Stamp Collecting: Part 2

I hope you liked last post about my stamp collection! Today I’m going to show off some more photos of my collection.
Let me just say something first: my dad used to collect stamps when we was younger, his collection was much bigger than mine actually is. When he moved out of my grandma’s place she decided to burn most of his stuff (she doesn’t seemed to find it very important) so most of my father’s stamp collection is gone. Hopefully there was still some albums that were never burned. My collection is separated from my father’s but my love for stamps began here, looking through his albums. I began my collection trading the stamps he had in double.
This part of my collection is all about Portugal, my father’s collection of portuguese stamps is way more extensive but I wanted to show only my collection. I love how his collection was the origin of mine.
